One of my friends is off work with eye problems - she has been told that she can't drive or return to work until her Consultant says so.
Wanted to give her something more permanent than flowers, but still has cheery - so this is what I ended up doing:

The whole project was off a Debbi Moore cd, the box was simple to make but the flowers took about two hours to decoupage using silicon glue. To stop the flowers falling out I glued them to the pink tissue paper - it took me blinking ages to arrange them how I liked them!

Hope Alison likes it!

here's 2 atcs I made using CAP then did a bit of embellishing on them. Haven't made atc's for months, quite enjoyed doing them.

Inksplot Butteflies digikit used on the left, the digi stamp on the right came from a page on Facebook, forgot to save the ladies name. Let me know whose it is!

I found a new author (to me) whilst buying a 2for in Tesco's. Trisha Ashley - Chocolate Shoes and wedding Blues. Couldn't put it down, really enjoyed it, and Trisha has made it into my Book of Books *da-dah*
Anyhoo, included was a lovely recipe for Fat Rascal's, a Yorkshire treat and now that I've made them - very addicitive! what little remainder of my waist I had looks like its on the way out. Must Wii more.

Salvaged two small plastic files from work and have decided to put my favourite recipes in them, laminated pages to keep them clean.
So I've made a start on the collection with the aforementioned Fat Rascals.

A bit of fun today, using a favourite photo of Dad.

Have now got it as my computer wall paper.

I found this at a flea market at Chesterfield, the stall holders were starting to shut up. Don't know who was more pleased - me for bagging a bargain or the stall holder who was fed up with having to find room to safely store it. Must have been at least 5 years ago now, its still hanging in my living room and I still love it.
