I came to this book late, the film was already out and causing a stir - I picked the book up from a charity shop, luckily it was the original book and not the book of the movie (whether its any different I don't know). I just about sat through it one emotional rollercoaster session, couldn't put it down. Since then Elizabeth Gilbert has written "Committed" sort of a 'what happened next' to her life story and well....... no.... no spoilers, and I recently found "Eat, Pray, Love in Rome" by Luca Spaghetti (yes, that really is his name!) one of the main characters telling his life story.
And then there's the movie, settle down with a nice chilled bottle of wine and a box of chocolates, and then let the story envelop you - better than a spa treatment!
guess you can tell I love it?? lol.
