little bit of sunshine

A card full of sunshine and butterflies today, using a challenge theme of zigzags. I can't believe I have no papers with zigzags on, I then went to The Range to see if I could find any washi tape or anything with zigzags. Big fat zero on all accounts!!

Anyway, inspiration struck as I looked around my drawers.... seeing my pinking scissors, well they are zigzagged shaped sort of.

I had bought the butterflies for another craft project, but they were perfect for this sunny day card, certainly brightened up my day making it.

  1. A great idea to use pinking scissors for the zig zags on this lovely sunny card. The butterfly is really pretty and I love the yellow gingham paper for the background.

  2. I'm amazed at everyone's ingenuity for creating their zig zags. This is a great idea and I love the sunny colours. Just what is needed right at the moment to lift our spirits. Thankyou for fluttering by # 42. Hugs Mrs A.
