last week saw us camping at Robin Hoods Bay, not been for a few years, but nothing (thankfully) had changed. Fantastic camp site (Middlewood Farm), beautiful rugged coastline, great doggy beach & really hot. Couldn't have picked a better week to go.

So with the seaside still being on my mind, I spotted this little mermaid some packaging and the words popped into my head, quite an apt sentiment as it was mentioned on Radio 2 that camping without any access to media devices is the best way to reset your body clock & mind.
